A yacht charter is one of the most supremely individual holidays you can experience and creates the perfect environment for both business and pleasure - giving you access to the world’s most beautiful locations. The sense of freedom and absolute privacy together with the anticipation of waking up every day to a new horizon that cannot be captured on land.

Your yacht is your own private floating hotel with the heist standards of service, cuisine and accommodation. There is nothing else quite like it.

How to Charter

We are here to help and attend to your every need. Firstly you will need to decide whether you want the speed of a motor yacht or enjoy a more leisurely pace of a sailing yacht.

What we need to know

To find the ideal yacht for your vacation that you are planning, we need to know as much of the following as possible; the number of guests, an idea of your budget, the area which you would like to charter, or we can advise this once we know what you want from your holiday (beaches, culture, lively entertainment or stunning natural scenery) We are here to provide a unique holiday fulfilling all your requirements.

Please complete our online enquiry form so that we can provide details of all yachts that are available and match your criteria.

Yacht Charter Booking process

  1. Select a yacht
  2. Pay 50% deposit
  3. Pay the remaining 50% payment no later than one month prior to embarkation
  4. APA (Advance Provisioning Amount) for all expenses to be paid with final invoice or in cash on embarkation.
  5. At least a month before your charter we will send you a Charter Information sheet to complete so that we can relay your specific holiday requirements to the crew to prepare for your charter
  6. Prior to your departure we will also put you directly in touch with your Captain so that you can fine tune details of your itinerary and dietary requirements so that everything will be well prepared for you.

Your own Itinerary

Your experienced Captain with his expert local knowledge can recommend the best spots for shopping, restaurants, places of historical interest and natural beauty in the region in which you wish to charter. With your Captain’s help we can tailor your own special itinerary. For more details on cruising areas and suggested itineraries please contact us.

Your Crew

Your personal crew will discreetly organise every detail of the running of the yacht to ensure that you have a relaxing and private holiday. There will always be a good crew/guest ratio to ensure the highest levels of service. If you charter a sailing yacht and are keen sailors the crew will be delighted to have you as actively involved as you wish. However, if you just wish to sit back with your cocktail and let the crew take care of everything that is fine too.

Corporate Charter

The larger capacity yachts such as those featured on our yacht selection page offer the ideal location for focused business meetings or incentives. Although technically and legally commercial ships, these vessels are run as private yachts.

Control your environment with no outside influences. Ensure that your group stays together with complete security, tailor-made service and real attention to details.

Why choose a stationary hotel when you can move your team with you, as one group, so easily and so stylishly? Even the ‘highest flyer’ in your group cannot fail to be impressed and will certainly remember this meeting long after the others have faded into insignificance.

Call our charter department for information concerning capacities, amenities and itineraries of these vessels. Our specialist brokers will carefully study your corporate incentive requirements and will make a proposal of all the available options.
