The Indian Ocean
Here charters will be left spoilt for choice with a multitude of fairy tale islands, lagoons, coral reefs and sandy beaches, infused with vibrant colours and rich in natural beauty. Spend lazy days on perfect white beaches lapped by shallow lagoons and encircled by stunning coral and many other inspiring sights.
South Pacific
Time seems to stand still when chartering in these crystal clear, warm waters. In the South Pacific, the Society Islands of Tahiti and Bora Bora have long lured sailors into the calm lagoons inside the reefs that ring these picture-postcard desert islands. Paradise is found: fabulous tropical sights and countless new fruit and fish. Tonga, Fiji, now even the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea, on occasion offer the chance of incomparable charters.
Australia and New Zealand
For the thrill of the South Pacific but the ease of English-speaking, consider Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. Here one has the wildness of remote cruising, but within reach of top resort locations such as Hamilton Island. For a different vacation and unexpected sights, fly to New Zealand and sample one of the charter world’s best kept secrets. New Zealand has some of the world’s finest sailing waters, with its diverse coastline, a superb choice of beguiling anchorages and sheltered harbours.
Southeast Alaska
The narrow strip of land between the Pacific Ocean and British Columbia is a terrific place to enjoy the unique opportunities of voyaging by private yacht.
